  • I really do not know what happened. Yesterday I created a Universal App - Hub and enable the multilingual toolkit was grayed out.

Today I tried creating several Universal Apps with various permutations and each time the MTK was not grayed out and worked liked it did before.

With the MTK I can now start upgrading my phone apps to UAs.

    Thank you

  • After further exploring, it appears that the cursor position will affect whether the Multilingual button is enabled or not.

There seems to be difference between phone and Windows, one uses resx the other resw, one uses a Resources folder the other a Strings Folders.

So, is there any example of a Universal App that uses resource files and the Multilingual Toolkit?
