net framework 4.6 issues RRS feed

Ive just started modification work on a project (pre existing project), when I load it into vs 2013 I get a message telling me its been updated to use the 4.6 framework.  I downloaded and installed 4.6.1 but I still get the same error message so I thought it could be because Id installed 4.6.1 and not 4.6.  After some searching on the web it seems this cant be uninstalled, so I went into 'turn off windows features' and switched it off.  I then ran the installer for 4.6 and I got a message telling me its already installed.  I ran clrver and it reported this

    no sign of 4.6 !

bit stumped now, anyone else had a similar issue ? is there a workaround ?

    im working on windows 10

There are two versions of the CLR: 2 and 4. These are not the same as versions of the .NET framework.

What exactly is your issue? Doesn't your project run?

    Hi misuk11,

This link discussed how to install .NET Framework 4.6 in Visual Studio 2013, it seems that the .NET Framework 4.6 Targeting Pack is also required.
