EDI 270 message creation RRS feed

Answers

  • You need to use a 5010 270 EDI schema as the destination for a new map. Then you need to map the Oracle Xml file to the 270 EDI schema. Here is an article on how to extract the default EDI schemas: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb226360(v=bts.10).aspx. But the 5010

You may need to customize the 270 schema to match what your trading partner is expecting. It sounds like you are on track. You also have to configure a party for EDI so that the EDISend component sets the ISA and GS values on the EDI message appropriately.

    Thanks,
