app install in Windows 8 Store

Question

My application is ready to roll in to Windows 8 Store.

I did the Menu:

 Store ; add app; it ran the App Configuration Kit, and it passed.

It said only three small steps to validate my account

and asked for four digits from my Microsoft account or three digits?

What is that? I have no idea where I get that from. Now I overstepped

my five digits attempts.

Please unlock my account   (  mypeders@hotmail .com  name: Publisher )

Also tell me how to verify my account.

Please somebody help. I have a week to finish.

You need to create a developer account before publishing your app to the store.
