store track position from media transport control RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Is there a way to store the media playback position in transport control? These would be streaming audio that needs to be book marked if the user shuts down, pauses, app fails, etc. I understand that this can be done in app, but how about from the transport control?

    You can use a Slider to display and change, or scrub, the video position. And use a DispatcherTimer object to keep the slider in sync with the MediaElement.Position property. By a Slider , you can enables the user to set and get the media Position. You can refer to the link seeSlider progress bar” in this article:
