General asp.net website works absolutely fine in Apple iPhone. Check the following link,

Apple iPhone safari does not allow file upload. It's a default behaviour of Apple iPhone Mobile safari.
Check the following link,

No, there is no third party tool for uploading files from Apple iPhone through Mobile Safari.

I have web application with login and other forms like registration, upload documents functionality etc....

Hi,
File Upload is not possible in Apple iPhone. Apple Mobile Safari does not allow file upload.
