How to connect MSSQL server to Azure DevOps, Urgent!!

Question
-
Hello,
I have my code repository (Stored procedures, tables, views) in my Microsoft SQL Server 2014. And I want to push that code to Azure Devops, so that I can track my work items and version controlling stuff through Azure repo and pipelines.
I want to track my code changes through Azure DevOps. But for that I first need to connect my Server (10.159.xx.xx) to Azure Devops, so that I can get my whole repository populated in my DevOps.

Hello Cody,
Thanks for reaching out! Since Visual Studio Team Services is now Azure DevOps Services, TFS forum has been locked; It is still available for review in the Archived Forums folder. The discussion for VSTS has moved. Report a problem or provide a suggestion on Developer Community, get advice on Stack Overflow, and get support on Azure DevOps Support.
