  • Azure SQL Server Service configured to Alert Owner of new/failed/blocked connections. Disconnected from Server and reconnected to server looking to see alert email in email box. However, no email. Should this work or is it a malfunction of Azure SQL?

    Can you clarify if the customer setup an alert for all connections or just failed/blocked connections? Also, please send server name, database name to shantanu dot Kurhekar at Microsoft dot com so we can investigate.
