publishing a website RRS feed

    This is my first post in this forum , I am new to this platform . I am trying to publish a website in my local network . The project is developed in ASP.net(c#), running in windows server 2003 standard edition.I am using visual studio 2005.Can anyone tell me the steps to publish the website in the network. steps tried: 1.The actual files are stored in folder named "testwebsite" which is in desktop 2.select the "publish website" from the " built" menu - successful 3.while publishing select a different folder, named " testpublish " 4.enable the web sharing in the "testpublish" folder and the permissions for " everyone " given 5.if i open the " inetmng " , under default website i can see " testpublish " 6.in the properties enable the anonymous access 7.if i right click and select browse getting error message "parser error message:could not load type '_Default' Expencting Reply ASAP

    Hi, try setting the default document in the document tab of the inetmgr of the new website

     in the document tab of the inetmgr "enable default content page " is checked.

     ok, check in the .net tab if you are using the right .net version (say 2.0)
