I installed Windows 10 and installed VS 2015 CTP 6.

Where in VS 2015 is the Windows 10 template?

Under System:

Windows Edition: Windows 10 Technical Preview

In VS 2015 About:

MS VS Studio Ultimate 2015

Version 14.0.22609.0 D14REL

MS . Net Framework

Version 4.6.00042

Hi,

I think you should install also the Tools for Windows 10 Technical Preview, which are required when developing for the Windows Universal App Platform:
