[W8.1]How can I start developing for Windows?

Question
-
Hey! I would like to start developing for windows, as, perhaps, a way of getting experience/money from apps. I already have all of the tools, like VS Ultimate and the licenses and I have a decent amount of coding experience in a few different languages.
My question is, where should I start, to develop for Windows?
Thankyou :)

Well, start with something and then learn piece by piece. You will probably not be able to learn everything at once. You will find a lot of code samples here that you can take a look at: https://code.msdn.microsoft.com/windowsapps/Universal-Windows-app-cb3248c3
Anyway, the dev center is the place to go to as Rob Caplan of Microsoft clarified in another thread if you don't believe me: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/37143215-facf-478d-ad8f-f80c82347cd1/u81-how-to-get-started?forum=wpdevelop
You can always come back here and start a new thread if you run into some more specific issue on the way :)
Hope that helps.

At the Windows Dev Center: https://dev.windows.com/en-us/
Get started with Windows apps: https://dev.windows.com/en-us/getstarted
Hope that helps and good luck.

Thankyou for the quick reply :)
Sorry I didn't say, but I already have had a look at those links, but what I don't get is how I can implement all of this in an app. The whole thing just seems too massive at the moment and I don't know what to do.
Thanks
