How to read mail inbox using pop3 with last access point

I am accessing my gmail inbox using C# I read inbox but when I again refresing same page and I am getting all my emails again. I want here only latest emails are received which was not accessed or not downloaded previously

I need this very ugrent help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Please check the date in for this... for this maintain a record that which mails have been downloaded...

Thanks but my issue is I do't want to check other emails. here as per your suggestion first I need to check all emails and then downloand only which aare later the specific or previous datetime.

But I do't not want to check all emails it will slow down my process if suppose there are around 3000 emails.

Please let me know if anyone has any idea
