TEsting a map throws system.outofmemoryexception RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

I try to map an XML file to a flat file structure. The file that should be converted has about 30KB. The Source schema is a canonical schema. The Target Schema has a very flat structure.

I have no C# code or something similar inside the mapping. I simplified the target schema but no success. The reason for the system.outofmemoryexception must be the source schema

Has anyone an idea how to get rid of this exception?

I am developing on VS 2005 and Biztak Server 2006R2

    Thanks for your help

  • Hello

    Thanks for your answers

After searching a bit more in the internet I read an article about a similar problem and the solution is open the map with an editor and switch the parameter

GenerateDefaultFixedNodes from "Yes" to "No" or "RequiredDefaults".

    Thanks again

    Klaus
