Need to show blank items while scroll as like in windows store app

Question

Hi Experts,

I need to show the blank items while as like in windows store app. The below image illustrate that,

After that while loading the data i need to show like following image,

At last the data should loaded to the control. How can i achieve this by using GridView control or else other controls.
