Not Receiving Benefits Emails RRS feed

  • I have added three new users to our company's User List yesterday (8/8/2011) but none have as yet received thier Benefit Email.  I tried resending, but still nothing (and nothing is going into their Junk e-mail).

    I tried resending my own benefit email and received nothing.  To test whether our company filters might be causing an issue, I resent mine to my personal account at Hotmail and still received nothing.  Is there a problem with transmitting benefit emails?

  • Sorry to hear about this issue jrienzo3, and I'm sorry I can't be of more help.  For this and any other account management related issue, the appropriate people to contact are MSDN Subscriptions Customer Service, and for your case, be sure to ask for a Volume Licensing expert as well.
