Fix “we couldn't connect to the catalog server for this add-in” error in Microsoft Word add-in RRS feed

  • My add-in was approved by the Office Store team recently. When I attempt to use it from the store, clicking on the link in my ribbon menu to open its pane leads to the "we couldn't connect to the catalog server for this add-in" error.

    What should I do to resolve it?
