  • You both guys are confusing between the limit of number of published apps and number of app submissions.

    Regarding free apps, it exists a limit but it's for their submissions.
    You have 100 free app submission (*), then you have to pay 19.99$ for each additional submission.
    For paid apps, you have unlimited free submissions.

    Concluding, there is no declared limit for paid and free published apps.

    If you make 10 submission for a free app, it counts 10.
    A submission can be either a new app or an update.
    A submission can be either a passed certification or a failed certification.

  • I believe the limit for free apps is 100, with a daily limit as well.  Paid apps have no limit.  This was the case a while back, and may still apply.

  • There is no limit to the number of paid apps you can publish. However, each account is allowed only a maximum of 100 free apps.

    So to answer your question - it depends. If can possibly have unlimited apps if they are all paid.

    Just remember, if you upload a free app and then later make it a paid app, you have used up a slot from your free app quota.
