Poor customer service RRS feed

  • I can't believe I sat by my phone all day waiting for a level 2 tech person to call me back.  I received a call two hours after my appointment time saying   they would call in thirty minutes.  Five hours after my appointment time I receive an email saying they couldn't reach me because my phone number is invalid and they will call again tomorrow.  Two questions. If your rep called my cell at 2:00PM, how come no one else could call.  Also when your rep called I had her read back my home phone number to me.  Also if you really couldn't reach me then why would you promise to call me with the same number tomorrow.?
