VPN types incompetence in windowsphone 8.1

I need PPTP or SSTP type of VPN to access internet in my university,but at wp8.1 we just have IKEV2 type of VPN.I dont know what to do,can anybody help me?

I really need SSTP VPN support because my gateway that I have from my ISP will not let me establish a connection! I mean come on where's the Microsoft RRAS SSTP VPN support!!!
