Unable to access any keys from Expired MSDN subscription RRS feed

  • Question

  • No keys at all are showing from my old subscription even though FAQ indicates they would be there.

In order to troubleshoot this with each of your specific subscriptions, you will need to contact support and have them look at the details further. There are a number of "statuses" that are set in the system that are more granular than "expired", which is likely why keys may not be visible. Again, specific details would need to be validated by support.

Please contact support at the appropriate phone number based on your location (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/aa948875.aspx) for further assistance.

  • Ditto here. My subscription recently expired, and per all the faqs I read, I should be able to access the keys that I had already claimed while my subscription was active.. but the product keys page is blank - And yes, I'm logged in to the same account that I used to originally claim the keys.

Is there ant ETA as to when this will be addressed?

    Thanks!
