How to develop an IME (Input Method Editor) in Metro mode?

Question
-
According to "Alternatives to Windows APIs in Metro style apps", I've tried to use "Text Services Framework" to implement my IME program.
It works well in desktop mode in Windows 8 but appears disabled in Metro mode.
How could I fix this issue?
Thanks.- Edited by LukeChang Monday, March 5, 2012 4:49 AM

The Windows 8 IME guidelines were recently released in the Windows 8 Consumer Preview and Windows Server 8 Beta Compatibility Cookbook pages 72 thru 79. Look for the section title Metro style environment.

This guideline is very useful.
Thank you very much for your help. However, I still have some problems about new details of APIs. (e.g. How can an IME show its branding icon and mode icon in the SysTray on the desktop Taskbar)
The guideline says "see the Windows 8 IME Guidelines for more information" but the document "Windows 8 IME Guidelines" is marked as "To Be Done."
Instead of waiting for the unfinished document, is there any other reference I could study in advance? Thanks again.
