  • Hello,

After our users update the app from the store, they are reporting app opens/closes right away - a crash. In the dev dashboard I see this.

We don't have a way to repro the problem and it doesn't seem to be in our code anyway. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes the problem. We also have no code change that might be causing this and our toolchain is up to date. We can always add a global exception handler but that is the last resort. Any guidance is highly appreciated.

    Thx!

  • Hello,

If you could make sure that your app won't reproduce same issue by sideloading it, you might create a support ticket through your developer account so that support could investigate this issue with your Store submission.

You could select Applications as your Issue Type and click "submit an incident".
