  • Hi Aneesh Abraham,

You need device certificates to begin development. MSDN Article http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms228835.aspx

    1. Copy SDKCERTS.cab from the development computer to the device. SDKCERTS.cab is located by default under \Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SmartDevices\SDK\SDKTools.

    2. On the device, explode sdkcerts.cab to install the certificates.

  • Thank you very much Guang,

All the links that you provided were direct hits.

However , after posting this question I got a better computer and installed everything like VS 2005 and MS Mobile 6.0 kit.
I do not how but the same programes works  now without any deployment  errors.

still some of my colleagues have the same issue and I will use ur tips in their computers and will update you in this.
    Thanks again..
