    Hi,

    I want to use Windows Azure.  But I dont have Credit card. How can I use Windows Azure.

    Hi,

    a credit card is required for Windows Azure. It is part of the verification process and (if you turn off the spending limit) for the payment. You don't need a "full" credit card. A prepaid credit card will also work.
