PowerShell scripting MS Project to open an enterprise project RRS feed

  • Question

  • In PowerShell I'm attempting to create an msproject.application object that can open an enterprise project.  This requires passing a parameter on startup so that the MSP client is connected to Project Server.

IN vba the shell command can be used
    Shell "winproj.exe /s http://ProjectServerName/ProjectServer/"

In PS this command creates an msproject.application object but there doesn't seem to be any way to pass the startup parm to connect to Project Server.

    $Project = New-Object -ComObject "msproject.application"

Is there a way to invoke the msproject-application object passing the startup parm?
