Timeline for general availability (GA) of Data Factory V2

    Question

  • Hi,

I was going through Azure-SSIS Integration Runtime in Data Factory V2 and have couple of queries on that:

    1) Data Factory V2 is in preview mode. What is the roadmap / timeline for general availability (GA) of this feature?

    2) As V2 is in preview, is there any GA feature that I can use to migrate my SSIS packages to Azure PaaS?

    Thanks

  • GA of ADFv2, including SSIS in ADF, is targeted in Q2CY18 (May/Jun).  You can already run production workloads on Azure-SSIS IR now with 24/7 live-site support.

Is this still the expected date, give or take a month? We are hoping to use DF v2 in our new push to move into Azure but we need GA for compliance reasons.
