  • Hi rcpaul,

Since the exception do not have detailed information, I'm also not able to know the reason, it may related to security, your network environment, ie settings or so on.

Do you have any security or account policy on your PC?

Can you manually access Microsoft site and what's the result if you manually access https://app.vssps.visualstudio.com/ from IE?

By the way, please also check your network environment and make sure you are not under a proxy or the proxy is properly setted.

    Regards,

  • Hi rcpaul,

    Please try the following things:

1). Delete the IE Browsing history: go to the Internet Options ->  General -> Browsing history - Delete button.

2). Add the https://app.vssps.visualstudio.com to your trusted sites. Also make sure that you can visit the link in IE.
