    My System is Win 7 OS. Can I find the control, speech-recognition engine, text-to-speech engine and character definitions from the Microsoft Agent Web site???  I know following link, but System Requirements are not for win 7

    There is also written that Windows 7 and later versions will not support development of Microsoft Agent applications or characters
