MDS Error on clicking 'Explorer' RRS feed

  • Problem - I'm getting an error. Steps to populate error -

    1. Click 'Refresh Cached Information'

    2. 'Model' and 'Version' fields are populated with data.

    3. Click 'Explorer' - It is prompting userid and password. When I entered my active directory user id and password (same used at the time of creation of DB and Administrator permission there on this user id. Not used service account id because when I use service account id it is saying that the user id is not in active directory.)
