How to run asp.net core 2017 application on the browser directly using local host address

I don’t want to run from the application?

I need this to check the changes I make in the application.

Right now I need to stop the application, before making any changes.

Is 2007 means visual stdio 2007?

And if you want to make some changes to your code when the application is still running, it will be impossible. You must stop the progress first.

    Hi Jerry Cai,

    I'm using visual studio 2017.

Earlier I use to create virtual directory with older versions of the application. Then it was allowing to do that, just building the application was enough. Those changes were reflected when I browse the application using url. I'm not sure how to do that in VS2017.
