web page showing error for few min

Cryptographic Services failed while processing the OnIdentity() call in the System Writer Object.

　

Details:

AddCorePnPFiles : Enumerating driver store published INFs failed.

what can be the cause of the above error in IIS . I can access the site with out any issue.

Above information is from the server Event Viewer. The error is only while accessing the page outside. If I run from server no issues. Thanks

Can you tell me how did you use Cryptographic Services to process the OnIdentity() call?
