Is it possible to know when a web view has finished rendering? RRS feed

  • Question

  • The problem is that I use an embedded font in the HTML that I am showing locally.  Our client doesn't like the fact that it gets rendered in the default font first and then "pops" to the custom one once it has finished loading.  Is there any event that can help me keep the web view transparent until the font is finished loading and the view is finished rendering?

  • The closest thing is NavigationCompleted - have you tried that?

NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.
