PowerPivot changes number format when importing from related table RRS feed

    Hi there,

I use Excel with German locale, my Win7 is on German language setting. Since today, PP removes decimal commas in numbers from related tables in new Excel worksheets. Thus 1,35 becomes 135.

This removal of the decimal comma is totally new to me. If I open an older PP worksheet, the effect does not occur, numbers get importet correctly.

Has anyone a hint which option causes this behavior?

    Best,

    Karsten

    Hi,

the data is numerical. The problem seems to be the Frontline Solver add-in v11.0. If I de-activate this, PP behaves as it should be. So this may be less  problem of PowerPivot, more one og the Solver addin.
