  • Keep having an application crash and cant seem to find a solution, I have tried running the repair tool multiple times with no luck and can't seem to find a way to remove it without removing an update. Any information here would be much appreciated.

    According to your description, after using the repair tool, this issue still persists, please check the version of .NET Framework by following the guide. If possible, you could share us more steps or screenshots about this issue so that we can research it better,

    In addition, please turn off your anti-virus software and try to update your windows to latest version. And you could use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files.
