Over the air client provisioning on Windows Phone 8 RRS feed

    Hi All,

    I am trying to create a OMA CP XML for MMS/WiFi and Active Sync. I have XMLs for

    Windows phone7 /7.5 . But these XMLs are not getting saved on the windows phone 8 device.

    Is there any change in the the XMLs for OTA configuration? Could some one share me the working

    XMLs please?

    Hi,

    Windows Phone 8 has a public document:

    Enterprise Device Management Protocol for Windows Phone 8

    This is also known as Mobile Device Management (MDM)

    Hi,

    The question referred to OMA CP - not Device Management. 

    Can we assume from this that Client Provisioning is not supported on WP8?

    I have managed to send xml via OTA that is recognised and saved by a device but on inspection nothing in the device is updated, so I assume there is a security setting preventing this from being fully trusted.
