"Private policy url" RRS feed

  • Hello,

    My two apps were pull out because of private policy url.

    Any advice will be helpful.

  • Hello,

    Could you please post your question more specific and exact so that we may assist you better?

    It seems your apps get unpublished for the lack of the private policy. Then what you're supposed to do is to add it when you resubmit your app.

    Just enter your apps' Store listing page to add the link to your policy in the Privacy URL field.

    You might follow the info below to prepare your privacy policy:

    • To inform users of the personal information accessed, collected or transmitted by your app
    • A description of the process by which a consumer can access and request changes to his or her personal info, if available
    • A description of the process by which the operator will notify consumers of material changes to the privacy policy
    • An effective date (Your privacy policy must be kept up-to-date)

    You can also refer to the other apps already in the Store. For more information, please see Windows Store Policy 10.5.1.
