    You need to make sure the module properly sets the Response headers for the request. By convention the behavior is different whether you are running in Debug mode or Release mode for the site (web.config). The module doesn't set any headers so there's effectively no caching happening at all.

     

    <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p> You should use something like this to force client and server cacheability:
     if (!HttpContext.Current.IsDebuggingEnabled)
     {
                Response.ExpiresAbsolute = DateTime.UtcNow.AddYears(1);
                Response.Cache.SetLastModified(DateTime.UtcNow);
                Response.Cache.SetCacheability(HttpCacheability.Public);
    }
