Outlook.com Exchange ActiveSync AutoDiscover service failing RRS feed

  • I know I might be at the wrong place but I really couldn't find the right place to let Outlook.com staff to notice the problem of its Exchange ActiveSync AutoDiscover service. It has been failing for weeks. I have contacted multiple customer service of different departments of Microsoft and none of them tried to help.

    Is it just me or it is failing for everyone? At least it does not pass the test at http://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/
