NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.

  • Hi, Thanks..

I have tried it but I can't get correctly...

Whether I need a developer account with payable for a running a app in device using debugging?

  • I'm not sure what you mean by "payable", but if you think you might need a developer license, you can get one using Powershell:

    show-windowsdeveloperlicenseregistration
