Hi,
I am glad you can use this search utility to find solution.
With Windows Installer, the computer keep a database of information about every application that it installs, including files, registry keys, and components. When an application is uninstalled, the database is checked to make sure that no other applications
rely on a file, registry key, or component before removing it.
In some cases, the folder created won't be removed while uninstalling. You can create Custom Action to clear it.
Thanks.
