Installation issue of Win 8 app installation on Simulator

Hi,
I have created a Windows 8 app installation package using Visual studio. It is getting installed on Win 8 development machine, but I am facing an issue while installing the package on simulator. The issue is that package is not been able to install the digital certificates. The digital certificates usually gives UAC prompt to user for their confirmation before proceeding, but on simulator this UAC prompt is not coming. None of the available programs like powershell, command prompt etc. are able to launch “Run As Admin”.

The simulator is essentially a terminal servers session back onto the local machine. Install the package locally and it will be available on the simulator.
