in crome browser it is not working.  is there is any code in  ASP vb.net

There is nothing in the ASP.NET framework that solves your issue. You can try an IP to Geolocation service (https://www.google.com/#q=IP+to+Geolocation+service), but the free ones might not be that accurate. Or, if it is a business requirement, tell the team not to use Chrome for work.
