Can't update help content for vs 2013

  • Hi Joelakaafsd,

    Based on the error, I found this issue is not related to the VS, please refer to the following steps to troubleshot this issue:

    1). Start you firewall service, please refer to the following steps:

    Press Windows Key + R and enter services.msc-> Enter -> locate Windows Firewall service->right click it and choose Start.

    2). Start Print Spooler service, based on step1, locate the Print Spooler service and choose start.

    Make sure the state of firewall service and Print Spooler service is in automatic. Please refer to the following screenshot:
