0x800a1391 Javascript runtime error: 'WinJS' is undefined

    Question

  • I am building a simple HTML/JS application, my application works fine without the Microsoft Advertising SDK,

Once I add the 'ads.js' reference and add it to my code - I get the error which is being thrown from the ads.js - any ideas what I can do to get around this?

  • Hi Ronav,

Well, it looks like you did not add the Advertising control in a correct way: HTML 5 Javascript - Windows 8.1

Seems it should be "ad.js" instead of "ads.js" simply compare with documentation.
