    A bit googling would give you many option on how you can achieve this. Some of them:

    1. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/27417398/how-to-change-the-checked-mark-color-of-a-checkbox-in-html (check out the working demo given in this thread in jsFiddle - the example is using simple CSS styles to theme the checkbox control)
    2. https://codepen.io/bbodine1/pen/novBm

    Besides, there are many jQuery Plugins available that you can use to theme checkboxes and other input controls.

    hope it helps./.

    Hi arwa55,

    Using the following code:

      <asp:CheckBox ID="CheckBox1" runat="server"  Text="CheckBox1" ForeColor="#FF3300" AutoPostBack="true" OnCheckedChanged="CheckBox1_CheckedChanged"/>

    using System.Drawing;
      protected void CheckBox1_CheckedChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
                if (CheckBox1.Checked)
                    CheckBox1.ForeColor = Color.Green;
                    CheckBox1.ForeColor = Color.Red;

    Output Screenshot as below:

    Best Regards
