sending sms without using sms provider gateway in vb.net

Question

I want to know how to send the sms from vb.net application without using sms provider gateway. i want to send sms through web. its very urgent. pls explain me. Thanks in advance

Not a VB question. There is no way you can send without someone relay your message to the telephone network. It is like asking how to get out of your house without passing any doors and windows.
