Creating a rule for a script - not showing in the Rule Wizard RRS feed

    I am trying to create an automated rule using VBA in Outlook. We will receive leads in, a script will be activated (the body copied and pasted to Excel) by the rules wizard. Its early stages in development and i am just making sure I have everything in place before I begin and there is one thing missing.

    The "Run a script" rule in the Rule Wizard is not showing up.

    I have changed my macro settings and allowed scripts to run in the trust center, restarted Outlook but with no joy. Is this something that needs to be changed by my system administrator and if so can you point me in the direction of where to look?
