Outlook 2003 no longer working after switching from dial-up to satellite RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am using Microsoft Office Student and Teacher edition 2003 and changed my internet service from dial-up to satellite last Friday (broadband hookup is not an option where I live).  The company rep reviewed my email settings with me over the phone and tried to send me an email, which I did not receive.  The error message I receive when trying to send or receive is:  NETWORK CONNECTIONS -- CANNOT LOAD DIALOG.  ERROR 623: THE SYSTEM COULD NOT FIND THE PHONE BOOK ENTRY FOR THIS CONNECTION.  I was told my settings were correct and the problem was with my Outlook program and that I should contact Microsoft.  The following are my server information settings:

    Incoming mail server (POP3)

    Outgoing mail server (SMTP)

Would appreciate any help in getting my Outlook working again.  Thanks very much.
