wcf service login validation from other website

I  have  website that have lots of users, Now other websites  wants to use all account or Validate though all username and password from that site.

To acheve this feature i have  to implement the WCF  service by using that other thid paty web site can validate username and password.

my service will do validation.

plz guide how to proceed......

if anybody has code similar to this requirement then it will be useful for me

acxtually i have to build webservice of my website so that other party can use that userid and pwd......read my requirement carefully.
