  • Hello

For learning purposes I would like to purchase some books on Visual C# 2005.  Are books on Visual Studio suitable for  Visual Studio Express?

    Thank you

If you're talking about intermediate level books for learning the language from. You will find that most books are teaching using VS Express. For beginners it won't be a problem learning from either version. The full version has extensive bells and whistles I'm sure but the books are going to scarcely touch that level. Now if you're talking about professional level learning, then that may be another matter.
Are you a novice or a professional?
